Every one of us desires to give our families a better quality of life – and many times we express this by wanting to provide them with a more beautiful, bigger and newer home. Sometimes, its as easy as selling the current and buying the next home. Other times, it involves some restructuring, detailed calculations and comprehensive analysis to shortlist before making the final decision.

This has always been my belief for every client who comes to me. I take time to listen and understand their real needs before making any proposals and providing customised solutions. Sometimes the process takes as quick as one week, other times, may be longer. Ultimately, it gives me great joy and satisfaction assisting every client in fulfilling their dreams and I pride myself for having walk the journeys with them.

As a trusted and professional realtor for my clients, it is thus important to be relentless in my pursuit for knowledge in the ever-changing property market and continue to hone my skills. This allows me to be able to give them constant updates about the market outlook and directions, spot potential star buys and to educate them on the ever-changing government policies. Through this, I have also managed to assist many in the search of their dream homes and sold their properties at higher than market value prices.

Thanks to the support of many clients and friends, I am proud to be a multi-award recipient ever since stepping into the industry less than 2 years ago, the most recent being ERA’s one of the most coveted Diamond Award Achiever and Million Dollar Club Recipient. Coming from Indonesia and having been educated here since the age of 8, the fluency in 3 languages (English, Mandarin and Bahasa Indonesia) I have attained over the years has enabled me to communicate effectively with various profiles and nationalities of customers.

On a more personal aspect, being a proud mother to 5 great kids, management and systematic planning is in my blood, having caring for them full time prior to stepping into the industry. Hence, I understand the needs of my clients, ranging from families with young children to multiple properties investors, by being patient and attentive to details. Many clients have also turned to friends and turned to me for personal consultations such as finding out the best tuition centre for their children or the best restaurant to bring her spouse for that wedding anniversary dinner. I believe in going the extra mile and a personal touch and through this, I have been blessed to gain the trust of many and have many referrals along the way.
